We process your name, phone, country, situation description, technical logs, and advertising identifiers when you submit a consultation request or write on WhatsApp. Legal bases: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in measuring advertising (Art. 6(1)(f)), or consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients: hosting provider, Meta (Facebook Pixel / Conversions API) if you accepted advertising cookies or submitted a lead, and WhatsApp/Meta if you open a chat. We do not sell your data.

Retention: consultation leads are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months unless a longer legal retention applies.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and complain to the President of UODO (Poland) or your local EU supervisory authority.

Do not send original identity documents until we instruct you how to proceed.
